Inspiration
My inspiration for the my motion graphics was to advertise smartshop. I was looking though different advertisements and the trivago advert caught my eye. I wanted to create a similar advert that used a green screen and graphics to advertise an application.
Creating Graphics for Promotional
When creating the graphics for my motion graphics project I wanted to create each animation separately as different compositions. For example when creating the firework graphics i wanted to be able to drag them in where needed. I also used Animation Composer to help with the merging of my scenes/shots.
Editing the green screen
When editing my green screen footage i found that adding a selective colour to enhance the greens in the shot allowed me to keylight the background out and give me a better shot. During this i applied a black and white threshold which help to take the green tinge of Matt (actor). I then applied a slight blur around the edges of Matt as it helped the vividness of the shot.
Editing sound
To allow for a crisper sound I had to remove background footage, i did this using audacity. Once i had removed the background sound i applied a clear voice filter which helped to enhance the voice of the actor i then put this back in my animation.
